Matt Spicer is the CEO of Northwind Midstream. Matt brings a wealth of experience and a proven track record of leadership in the midstream sector. Prior to joining Northwind, Matt served as the CEO of Oxbow Crush, a private equity backed company focused on agriculture and renewable energy. Prior to Oxbow Matt served as the COO for San Mateo Midstream and the SVP and GM of Midstream for Matador Resources Company.
Prior to joining Matador Resources Company, Matt served as the Director of Flight Operations for L-3 Unmanned Systems. Mr. Spicer served in the United States Marine Corps from 1991 to 2014, both in active duty and as a reservist, before his retirement as a Lieutenant Colonel in 2014.
