Josh Thomas is the Senior Vice President, Operations of Northwind Midstream. Josh brings 20+ years of operations and engineering experience. Prior to Northwind, Josh was Managing Partner & Chief Operations Officer at Rangeland Energy, where he played a pivotal role in driving operational success. He also served as Chief Operations Officer at Nuevo Midstream Dos and Candor Midstream, both part of the Encap Flatrock Midstream portfolio. Previous experience includes water gathering and disposal, gas gathering and processing, fractionation, and long-haul gas transmission. Prior company experience includes Layne Water Midstream, Southcross Energy, Chesapeake, Quicksilver Gas Service, and Southern Union. Josh holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Texas Tech University.
